U.S. Marine Reserve Officer and Judge Advocate Brandon Barnett represents active and reserve members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard, including service members facing general or special court-martial or involuntary separation.

Brandon Barnett is a military trial lawyer. He was designated as a 4409 – Master of Criminal Law, by the United States Marine Corps after obtaining an LLM degree (Master of Laws) in Litigation. During his time on active duty in the Marine Corps, his primary focus was on litigation of courts-martial. He supervised and trained Marine Corps attorneys on litigation tactics, including those involved with sexual assault cases.
As a Reserve Judge Advocate, Major Barnett is a Military Judge. He travels across the country to Marine Corps bases and stations to serve as the presiding judge on courts-martial.
Mr. Barnett is an Iraq veteran who understands the hardships and challenges associated with military service. He also has a thorough knowledge of the military investigation procedures employed by NCIS, CID, and OSI.
